Somerford Grove Practice has a specific area within which it registers patients. We also have a slightly wider area where patients who have been registered with us for more than 12 months can remain registered. We DO NOT retain patients who move outside that area.

We have a very finite capacity which we cannot exceed without compromising the care of ALL our patients. 

Please do not ask us to make an exception for you as an individual or family. We pride ourselves on treating our patients equitably and it would be totally unfair on other patients if we made exceptions based on anything other than our patients' addresses.

Please see below a map of our practice area. This area is approved by the North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB) and is an integral part of our contract to provide medical services.
