How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
We will contact you by telephone, or by letter, only if a result is abnormal and you require treatment or further investigations. Normal test results are not usually communicated.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- you can ask us to tell you your results online
- phone on 020 8049 2549 or visit us and we will tell you what the results are
Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.
